Ingredients:
1 oz Danny DeVito’s Limoncello
1 oz Absolut Peach (or Mango – new flavor)
1 oz Sweet’ n sour
Splash of Pomegranate or Cranberry Juice
Juice of 2 Lemon Wedges
Top with Rotari Sparkling Wine
Method: Build dark drink over ice in a rocks glass and top up with sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
Garnish: Sage leaf on the surface of the drink
Method: Place the mint, lemon wedges and syrup in a mixing glass and muddle briskly, add ice, rum, and a splash of club soda. Top with a dash of Angostura bitters. Stir and serve into a highball glass.
Garnish: Sprig of mint
