Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Danny DeVito Limoncello
- ½ tsp simple syrup (optional)
- Lemon slice or mint sprig for garnish
Directions:
Fill a shaker or small pitcher with ice. Add vodka, Limoncello and simple syrup (if using). Shake well and strain into a chilled oversized martini glass. Garnish with a lemon slice or mint sprig.
Note:
If you like a sweeter drink, add a little syrup – ½ tsp or to taste. Make simple syrup by combining equal parts of sugar and water. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Chill before using. Simple syrup will keep for up to a week if covered and refrigerated.
